Within the Marketing Department, as a Restaurant Offer Analyst / Area Marketing Strategist you will be in charge of providing the best offer and the best contents to our users and to deliver quantitative analysis to guide decisions. In order to strengthen TheFork leadership position and support revenues, you will work on the marketing mix and work hand in hand with the B2B team.


What you will do:

As a Restaurant Offer Analyst / Area Marketing Strategist you will be responsible for:

  • Sales support & Supply
  • Contents
  • Monitoring

Sales support & Supply

  • Identify the restaurants following gastronomic trends in order to have an exhaustive and qualified prospecting base
  • Coordinate the relationship with sales representatives in connection with restaurants, in order to ensure optimal sourcing
  • Improve the relevancy and quality for restaurant offer


  • Optimize the contents and merchandising of the restaurant offer (restaurants selections)
  • Monitoring and optimization of the merchandising of restaurant pages (menu, pictures, tags…)


  • Analyze and improve the performance of your area. Act as a marketing coordinator running analysis to understand the key challenges of your area and share them with all teams involved (sales, CRM, brand) to put actions in place and improve the results of this area
  • Intervene on ad-hoc analysis to support management’s decisions


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor/Master degree
  • 2 years operational experiences in digital companies
  • Project management skills: autonomy, proactivity, job management
  • Analytical skills and capabilities to model and understand data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in using a range of tools to monitor, to influence and improve business KPI’s
  • Strong interest in the Food and Restaurant industry
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under minimal guidance
  • Enjoys team work
  • Excellent French and fluent in English (spoken and written - additional languages are a plus)
  • Previous professional experience in a related sector / work position is a plus
