What you will be doing:

  • Act as a culture champion, promoting company values to guide decision-making and drive thoughtful and effective change management in a fast-paced environment 
  • Develop and implement people strategies to attract, engage and retain a strong and diverse talent workforce
  • Work closely with Senior HR Business Partners in providing both reactive and proactive support and partnership to business leaders
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to spearhead people programs and strategies designed to enhance our culture, including; performance management, compensation analysis and talent management
  • Act as key liaison between the business and People Ops teams to create and execute initiatives while identifying opportunities for process and experience related improvements
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and partner with management to develop and execute sustainable solutions
  • Partner with leaders in creating developmental and succession plans aligned with current and future business needs
  • Provide coaching on professional development, career pathing, change management among other people related operations
  • Own any employee relations cases with employee experience at the forefront
  • Roll up your sleeves and dive into the high volume of daily operational needs

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate across multiple levels and functions 
  • Experience interacting with Director- level leadership
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working autonomously in an ambiguous environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Past experience working in a tech environment preferred
  • 5 + years of relevant experience; preferably 3 + year in HRBP or similar role
