This role is available to hire in our Oxford, London and Lisbon offices. 

What You’ll Do:

Support Viator’s Performance Marketing org across the SEM and CRM teams. This role will include traditional Project Management duties in the context of Traffic & Digital Marketing focused projects and programs. In conjunction with managing the day-to-day of these projects, you’ll be responsible for improving the existing execution processes currently in place for each of these functions.

  • Partner with functional leaders and stakeholders to draft project requirements based off customer and business goals

  • Drive overall progress, and coordinate use of resources, resolving conflicting time demands where necessary

  • Create project plans and deliverables, and map them to relevant stakeholders

  • Accountable to creating standardized progress reporting, and communicating of progress up and across the organization

  • Support the CRM team in sizing project opportunities, collaborating on technical specifications, allocating resources and performing product QA

  • Monitor and identify risks and open issues in projects; lead resolution efforts

  • Evaluate and improve internal Project Management processes currently used across the Performance Marketing team

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of digital project management experience (traffic experience preferred)

  • Adaptable team player who is solution-oriented above all else

  • Highly organized, can work autonomously and lead effectively

  • Sector background in consumer-facing online and digital media, preferably with an e-commerce component

  • Excellent communication skills; able to communicate both strategic vision and specific details to various stakeholders, from senior leadership to individual project members. Able to write clear and concise product requirements, status updates and product results. 

  • Strong analytical skills. Able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend effective action plans to resolve issues.

  • Experience with agile methodologies is highly preferred. 

  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment with multiple responsibilities and stakeholders.  

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential.
