What you will do:

Within the Australian marketing team, the Sales & Marketing Insights Planner will be responsible for all topics related to TheFork Restaurant Offer (Customer marketing insights, restaurant sourcing & segmentation, restaurant content analysis, business monitoring to name a few). In your pivotal role, you will work closely with other departments at TheFork Australia, and global marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & execute business analysis & reporting for Australia
  • National business monitoring/ KPI reporting
    • Weekly, monthly and quarterly analysis sharing actionable insights and key learnings with management and marketing teams 
  • Build a collaborative relationship with the sales teams to achieve monthly B2B2C targets via area meetings and daily follow ups
  • In depth region analysis; traffic, bookings, leads, inbounds, churn, opportunities
  • Develop strategy for best geos for supply / acquisition - working with Sales Managers & Sales Operations to implement offers, yums, territory planning, lead allocation
  • Increase CVR by developing & implementing restaurant selections based on data analysis and insights
  • Lead process for sourcing & qualifying leads for the sales team
  • Product merchandising across TF web and apps leveraging data insights
  • Owner within the AU marketing team for various programs incl. INSIDER
  • Lead acquisition strategy for TheFork’s loyalty program, Yums and national Campaigns i.e. build target lists, database segmentation 
  • SEO Local champion, working closely with Global SEO team to execute locally
  • Optimising TheFork’s content & offer, ensuring tags, content, etc.. is up to date
  • Customer Marketing analysis & insights, working with key accounts team & key restaurant groups to build integrated marketing campaigns to drive bookings.
  • Market knowledge / competitive watch: responsible for close watch of competitors locally + liaison with central teams for surveys and studies
  • Share best practices from other countries and adapt them to the Australian market
  • Ad-hoc reporting and/or analysis

 

Skills And Requirements

  • Degree level qualification
  • At least 2 years of professional marketing experience
  • Salesforce experience
  • Basic understanding of Snowflake, Tableau
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Excel/Google sheets
  • Analytical skills: being able to model and understand data and make data-driven decisions
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Comfortable presenting to an audience 
  • High level of drive and focus on getting things done
  • Humble and positive attitude and mindset
