Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review month end and quarter end journal entries
  • Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve any resulting discrepancies
  • Prepare and assist with annual statutory financial statements filings
  • Work with international accountants and auditors on monthly reporting to ensure compliance with local statutory regulations
  • Perform review and analysis of financial statements
  • Review and manage intercompany balances and settlements
  • Compile indirect tax returns
  • Help continuously improve and update processes and procedures
  • Assist with the documentation and monitoring of internal control
  • Provide accounting support to internal and external auditors during quarterly and year-end reviews, including preparation of supporting documentation
  • Other accounting projects as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting with strong academic record, Master’s degree or CPA a plus
  • 3+ years of relevant experience. Prior experience from public accounting and working with international entities a plus
  • Organized, self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Solid analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to meet designated deadlines and manage multiple projects to completion
  • Flexibility to work well in a high growth environment with a small company feel
  • Proficient in MS Excel and large ERP systems (Workday and COGNOS a plus)
