TripAdvisor’s media strategy team supports the advertising business as the digital expert in branded content and paid social distribution.  This role will define and drive media strategy and distribution for growing branded content and social revenue streams. The Associate Manager will play a key role in planning, strategy development, and execution for all branded content and social programs.  We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and results driven candidate who is eager to join a growing team within the organization. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Work throughout a program’s lifecycle to develop media distribution strategy, lead campaign execution and optimization, ensure delivery and extract insights to fuel renewals and overall industry thought leadership.

  • Develop off-platform media strategy to inform platform selection, targeting approach, pricing, and flighting.

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid social and audience extension campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Content Discovery.

  • Ensure creative satisfies platform best practices and drive constant feedback loop to improve executions.

  • Serve as central point of contact for platform vendor relationships to ensure campaign success and pioneer new opportunities in the space.

  • Assist with internal workflows and processes to ensure seamless program launch and strategy alignment based on client objectives and delivery requirements

  • Drive internal knowledge and expertise across paid social and audience extension capabilities

 

What You’ll Need:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience

  • 3-4 years digital marketing experience at a reputable advertising agency, publisher, or media company. Expertise in social and digital media is a must.

  • Hands-on experience with executing and optimizing paid digital campaigns using Facebook Business Manager, Google DV360, and Content Discovery platforms. 

  • Understanding of paid media landscape, platforms, and expected cost per models for traffic & conversion-based campaigns.

  • Familiarity with branded content development and distribution.

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills required. 

  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks across various stakeholders.
