What you will do:
In direct collaboration with our Sales and Strategic Marketing team, you will perform the following functions:
Development, planning and sending of Newsletters and mobile pushes through Adobe Campaigns software.
Design and efficient execution of a communication calendar according to the user segment.
Follow up of the existing automatic communications.
Analysis of the specific purchase patterns of each user segment.
Analysis of the campaigns results and web traffic through Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
Monitoring, control and mitigation of the main user´s irritants.
Analysis of user behavior data.
Loyalty program animation and monitoring (Yums program).
Interdepartmental collaboration with Sales, Product, CRM Central, Brand, Communications...
Monitoring of monthly and annual KPIs and reporting to Central Department.
