Position Summary:

This position is a key role responsible for leading the development and execution of the organization's strategic business plan. This position plays a critical role in analyzing and managing the organization's performance against strategic goals, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives. With over 5 years of experience in strategic planning and performance analysis, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in steering the organization toward its strategic objectives, optimizing performance, and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Lead the formulation, implementation, and ongoing refinement of the organization's strategic business plan. Collaborate intimately with key stakeholders to delineate strategic priorities, objectives, and initiatives that buttress the organization's vision and long-term goals.
• Business Performance Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management framework to measure, analyze, and report on the organization's performance against strategic goals. Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive decision-making.
• Strategic Initiatives Oversight: Supervise the planning and realization of strategic initiatives, ensuring their completion on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with strategic goals. Offer leadership and direction to project teams, tackling challenges and securing successful outcomes.
• Risk Management and Mitigation: Identify potential risks to the organization's strategic goals and develop plans to mitigate these risks. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing contingency plans, and working closely with other departments to ensure risks are managed proactively. Suitable for individuals with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in strategic planning, performance management, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and driving organizational performance.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategic initiatives to a global audience.
• Candidates with a background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will find their skills particularly advantageous in this role.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with a focus on long-term vision and goals.
