A HR Manager in HQ who mainly work with other HR members will be responsible for life cycle of specific division:

- Manage and optimize the strategies (including the HR system and regulations) for robust company’s business success; Feedback process, Compensation policies, other HRMs.
- Establish and implement the ways to be better known about Team Tridge and Culture.
- Manage and hedge risks through Employee relations and HR data management.
- Conduct various activities to be the best one team.

Minimum Qualifications:

We are of a balanced view in considering the Qualifications for this position rather than expecting all of these attributes to be demonstrated from any one single individual:

- 2+ years of solid experience in HR, especially HRBP
- Spoken and written English skill of business level or higher recommended
- Proven analytical skills and ability to execute to support company’s business objectives
- Passion for communicating, negotiating, and developing close relationships with people
- Ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced working environment
- Strong self-motivation and willingness to learn and deal with new industries
- Capability to handle multiple works with great time-management skills and responsibility
- Experience in working with HRIS tools
