This position is based in Mexico City and will report to the Sales Team Lead

As the Account Executive you will...

  • Develop strategic relationships and conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP-Level Executives to address business needs and educate on Tribal’s product offerings
  • Manage the sales cycle for assigned accounts, including prospecting, outreach and relationship management, negotiation and closing of new business.
  • Work strategically with management to identify challenges and provide recommended solutions.
  • Identify current and future partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with your team; sharing industry news, sales best practices and other experiences to help the team learn, innovate and grow together.
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or other sales role, preferably in the Fintech, Banking, or Tech industry.
  • Passionate about prospecting, cold calling and closing new deals. 
  • Proven track record of driving and closing deals.
  • Successfully sold into mid-market commercial accounts.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals. 
  • Experience working with CRMs.
  • Collaborative and customer-centric self-starter who is a creative problem solver and empathetic toward customers.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience implementing and executing best practices that drive pipeline development and intended outcomes
  • Fluent in Spanish and English required
  • Agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humor!
