Job Summary

The Revenue and Operations Analyst will assist with revenue management, business intelligence and other operational tasks for Trilogy’s growing portfolio. This position requires excellent project management, analytical and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Revenue & Operations Senior Manager and will be based out of the Chicago, Illinois office.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with revenue management-related tasks related to new pricing, renewals, lease expiration strategy, concessions and competitor analysis
  • Recommend and implement best practices and procedures that will allow the company to successfully achieve its revenue growth objectives
  • Utilize a deep understanding of Trilogy’s operational and financial data to create and analyze KPIs, identify areas for improvement and provide solutions
  • Be a key player in the implementation and creation of Trilogy’s business intelligence platform by effectively communicating with key Trilogy stakeholders and third party vendors
  • Prepare deliverables for monthly asset management meetings and ad hoc requests for investors and the executive team
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, submarket data, area supply indicators and new technology within multifamily
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field with strong record of academic achievement
  • 1-3 years work experience in an analytical role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully function in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of an organization
  • Expert excel skills; experience with other data analytics tools is a plus
  • Willingness to travel bi-weekly to monthly as needed
