Our mission is to multiply the productivity of all engineering teams through the establishment of best practices, standardisation of tooling and implementation of internal tools and automation. This will boost our engineers ability to quickly, easily and safely deploy their systems and services.
The Release and Infrastructure team loves to lead by example through hands-on implementation as well as mentoring and consulting with our engineering teams on the design and implementation of their services. They are vital in accelerating our path to production across the engineering organisation.
Our Site Reliability Engineers will own our deployment process, monitoring & observability, trouble-shooting & on-call/incident processes. We like people who enjoy evangelising the solutions they have built and pushing for change, so we can innovate and be better everyday as an engineering function.
