Traveloka is a technology company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Founded in 2012 by ex-Silicon Valley engineers and aims to revolutionize human mobility with technology. Today we are expanding our reach by operating in eight countries and experimenting with new endeavors that will create a large impact in the markets and industries we touch.

This role will contribute to the Experience Marketing team by performing the following tasks:
  • Responsible for building and maintaining a high level of operational excellence over a spectrum of owned media marketing including but not limited to merchandising, EDM, in-app messages, and promo optimization capability
  • Delivering the campaign (promo and non-promo) activities on time and of zero-error, by enabling coordinated, efficient, and streamlined end-to-end execution processes
  • Develop smart, actionable recommendations and reports that support business growth in the area of owned media management.
  • Provide custom analyses requested to implement fast improvement during the campaign sprint
  • Ideate, write, edit, and proofread creative copy and asset that is highly relevant for promotional materials within marketing campaigns both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Able to work with various stakeholders and lead small projects (with supervision/guidance)
  • Execute and continuously optimize campaign governance and performance for owned marketing channels
  • Typically individual contributors but preferably collaborators with a high sense of accountability, integrity, and urgency


  • Fresh graduates are welcomed and/or 1-2  years of similar experiences, especially in doing campaign management is a plus point 
  • Meticulous, structured, and excellent at executing things
  • Solid data analytical and problem-solving skills to continually provide valuable marketing and business insights
  • Good communication, language, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Good in Math/numbers, spreadsheet, reporting
  • Type of person that can cope and perform well-provided checklist/items in hands to be closed or implemented
  • Self-driven, embrace challenges, and perseverance to failures yet resilient to quickly embrace learning
  • Having a good TOEFL (>80) / IELTS score is a plus
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing ads, platforms, and campaign execution is a plus
