Relationship Building

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific key account partners
  • Develop and expand relationships and commercial partnerships with various partners and channels
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships

Business Opportunities Identification

  • Initiates new as well as follows up on existing partner relations to investigate innovative ways to cooperation that will help Traveloka reach our strategic goals
  • Work with Traveloka product management teams to design and develop innovations/initiatives with partners that can help further Traveloka / product's success

Partnership Health Management and Monitoring

  • Communicate clearly the progress of internal/external/joint initiatives to internal/external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key partnership metrics (e.g: sales, issues, etc) and escalate/resolve issues accordingly

Partner Acquisition

  • Identify, prioritize, contact, and acquire new partners and ensure pricing and availability competitiveness in the assigned market

Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences):

  • At least a Bachelor's degree from reputable university with min GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • 3+ year of relevant work experience in business development and partner relationship at reputable e-commerce/ banking/ tourism business
  • Good initiatives and creative thinking on getting leads and partner
  • Great attention to details
  • Willingness to visit partners and work outside the office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong intuitions of tourism industry players
  • A strong drive to make things happen and ability to influence
