Coverage for Performance Marketing Intelligence Analyst would be across specified markets for business:

  • Hotel

  • Xperience (Activities, Playground, Beauty and Spa, etc)

  • Healthcare Products

Impacts expected from this role:

  • to build a full-fledged documentation of performance marketing for all markets

  • to support marketing team by working closely with data team to develop any marketing business metrics needed

  • to analyze tons of performance marketing data and derive it to actionable insight

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work very closely with Senior Performance Marketing Manager as supervisor to design the documentation template

  • Manage the documentation quite independently, ensure that the template is easy to understand and navigate

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and data team to generate insights for marketing needs

  • Identify the marketing need, deep-dive the current marketing data and explore new key business metrics to support other marketing team to make better decisions

  • Understand the business core metrics in each advertising platform and able to navigate within the ad platform to export the data

  • Collect, analyze, and share data to help marketing teams drive improvement in key business metrics

  • Capable of leading and managing small projects with minimal supervision that can potentially create value for the whole team

  • Execute and prioritize all the tasks / activities within the managed projects

 

Requirements:

  • Fresh-graduate from reputable university

  • Good in data mining and visualization, proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tool is a MUST

  • Has passion in digital marketing

  • Good project management and attention to detail

  • Possess exceptional critical thinking and a willingness to dive into the data, to produce immediate value while still keeping an eye on long-term strategy and scalability

  • Possess a sharp eye for detail coupled with the ability to see how small details make up the bigger picture

  • Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysis

  • Good communication skill in English, self-driven, love challenges, and enthusiasm to pursue excellence
