Responsibilities

This role will be overseeing the overall digital marketing channel strategy and execution for Traveloka’s Employer Branding team, including:

  • Building go to market plan and channel infrastructure
  • Assess, define, and prioritize the role of digital marketing touch points to achieve employer branding long term and tactical objective
  • Set up the infrastructure to effectively reaching and engaging with the target talents, including internal communication, digital marketing (including SEO, SEM, display ads, soc media) as well targeted community (online career development account) and other deemed relevant touch points
  • Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of budget

Channel Management

  • Develop channel strategy up to the annual planning as well cascading it for execution plan that are targeted to the identified segment, with clear impacts, budget, channel mix and objectives and outstanding message effectiveness
  • Lead the team member to do daily execution of high-performing campaign management and execution of hygiene campaigns across multiple channels to achieve objectives with effective budget spending
  • Identify optimization opportunities / growth, and analyzing the impact and effort required
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Managers and other stakeholders in achieving marketing objectives including but not limited to providing guidelines and requirements for campaign strategy pre and post execution, and best-in-class execution
  • Proactively provide market insights that’s helpful for the stakeholders to gain insights or make decisions

Human capital management:

  • Develop, manage, and scaling up talents and team to address the ever-growing business and marketing challenges
  • Be a talent magnet and lead the team into a high-performing team

Qualifications

  • 5 -7 years experience in digital marketing. Would be an advantage to have vast experience in paid marketing (especially display or SEM) and handling social media accounts in leading consumer tech or digital agencies
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision making, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysis
  • Passion in brand building, content development, and creative marketing
  • Excellent project management and able to work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to drive innovation and impact
  • Self-driven, love challenges, have entrepreneurial spirit and get things done
  • Excellent communication, passion, and energy
