Job Description

  • Responsible for managing Performance Marketing budget across various campaigns & product categories, through accurate forecasting using historical data to achieve optimum results and internally agreed targets
  • Responsible in Performance Marketing campaign execution across channels Facebook, Instagram, Google Display Network, SEM, and Programmatic Media
  • Track and measure all digital marketing metrics including, but not limited to, actual spend, conversion volumes, ROAS metrics, optimization per day, and GDS
  • Act as a digital consultant for stakeholders and working together with the product marketing manager to develop an integrated campaign strategy
  • Responsible to translate marketing business objectives in conjunction with the active marketing campaigns to activate users across the whole customer journey by utilizing robust channel mix media plan, market trends, user behaviour, audience insights, and data-driven analytic methodology to reach growth KPIs
  • Analyze and assess the performance of online advertising campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into insights and recommendations for optimizing the campaign strategy
  • Capable to run an experiment (A/B testing) based on statistical methods and science, and able to make sure the validity of the success by running it through multiple iterations
  • Contribute to creating innovation or use cases for Digital Marketing best practices that are applicable for multiple services or product group based on accumulated knowledge and expertise in the Digital Marketing domain
  • Understand how to assess technical implementation related to Digital Marketing enhancement and able to collaborate with tech/product team to identify and troubleshoot the issue as well as provide potential solutions based on judgment and experience
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders to analyze data and previous campaigns to develop a better understanding of market demand, supply, consumer behaviour and identify new marketing opportunities
  • Coordinates with external digital marketing partners to gather insights and leverage them for account improvement


Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Any major is welcome, but quantitative / analytical discipline is preferred (Science or Math)
  • 3-5 years of Performance Marketing experience (SEM, Facebook Ads, Google Display Ads, UAC and YouTube Ads)
  • Hands on experience in account management tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and DoubleClick Bid Manager)
  • Familiar with Prospecting Marketing, Remarketing, mobile app installs and acquisitions
  • Previous experience in translating complex data findings into clear insights, with a knack for storytelling
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing Mix (including how it works on both app and mobile web + desktop)
  • Familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Experience in mobile app tracking and attribution tool (or MMP) such as Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch is a plus
  • Have experience in handling digital marketing strategy and execution for e-commerce or online platform in APAC is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheet or similar data processing tool for Data Analysis and Reporting purposes. Experienced in dashboard tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio is a plus
  • Good communication skills with proficiency in English, self-driven, strive for excellence
  • Analytical thinking and good numerical reasoning skills. Strong commercial acumen combined with an uncanny ability to extract and analyze data
  • Ability to execute and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven, and a self-responsibility for the insights that you produce
