• Support the Market Managers handling Singapore, Hong Kong, Global Hotel Chains in the daily operations

  • Generating leads for new accommodation properties in Singapore and Hong Kong

  • Conduct TERA training and activation for new accommodation partners

  • Update and maintain hotel’s content, photos, room information, promotions, booking and cancellation policies, system connectivity setting, finance, and payment details 

  • Conduct audit of hotel’s availability and pricing to ensure parity of the hotel across booking platforms or highlight to Market Managers for resolution. 

  • Record and maintain hotel’s agreement and TERA (Traveloka Hotel’s Extranet) status in SalesForce and Gdoc Trackers 

  • Handles and assist hotel’s partner’s enquiries 

  • Check emails and inform the respective Market Manager for follow up

  • Liaise with internal departments to fulfill supply operation requirements

  • Take charge of Marketing Kits – sourcing for new products, requisition, stock-taking, keep record of the giveaways

  • Provide support for ad-hoc activities, for example: livestream, partner’s events and other general administrative and clerical duties

  • Generating leads and performing partner onboarding for new attractions/tours in Singapore


    Qualifications:


    • 2 to 3 years admin experience

    • Proficiency in Google Suite of apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, GMail, Forms and Calendar)  and MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

    • Meticulous and organized, able to work independently and problem-solve for issues 

    • Able to deliver tasks with a sense of urgency

    • Excellent written and spoken interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work across cultures and diverse range of people

    • Flexibility to handle rapid and frequent change and interest in taking on new tasks as they come
