Job Description
  • Lead SEO team and Social Media & Community team for emerging markets (MY/SG/PH/AU/..) consists of a team of analysts and executives on providing strategy, leading the direction and maximize investment through performance measurement.

 

SEO
- Responsible for certain products/projects/markets & manage the execution of effective and successful SEO strategies in the assigned products/projects/markets
- Accountable for key SEO KPIs; Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other relevant KPIs for the assigned products/projects/markets
- Propose continuous process flow improvement to perform regular keyword research to be implemented and give guidance to junior team members
- Provide support and of being assigned to off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
- Implementation / experimentation of new available tools, methodology and/or channels and assess its compatibility & usefulness for company adoption, provide recommendation as necessary
- Work closely with PMMs and Product team to translate high level marketing and business objectives to reach growth KPIs, specifically for the SEO domain and for the assigned products/projects/markets
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes / improvements as well as leverage existing knowledge to teach & coach junior team members
- Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Responsible for optimal investment allocation and utilization across by leveraging expertise in the domain
- Collaborate closely with overall SEO Marketing in other BU, product team and local market stakeholders to align implementation of SEO strategy, specific for Transport

 

Social Media
- Independently handling end-to-end social media channels and activities from developing strategy, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation for all Transport products
- Define, monitor and organize key metrics, KPI and goals (quantitative and qualitative) for Social Media performance evaluation
- Continuously identify and implement improvement opportunities for social media strategy & execution process
- Coordinate with and manage internal (PMM, Market Managers, Content, Central Marketing, Story Lab) and external stakeholders (influencers, socmed platforms) to ensure effectiveness of campaign execution
- Work closely with the product team to ensure new product development will always come into consideration for Community and Social marketing activity.
- Follow the latest trend in content, communities, social media, and product related landscape to identify content, channels and engagement opportunities.

 

Community
- Independently handling end-to-end community program from developing strategy, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation for all Transport products
- Lead and oversee community program execution through online and offline initiatives
- Set, monitor and organize key metrics, KPI and goals (quantitative and qualitative) for growing, engaging and retaining the community
- Continuously identify and implement improvement opportunities for community program strategy & execution process
- Interfacing with related product team to understand campaign requirement and work with other relevant team to execute them
- Coordinate with and manage internal (PMM, Market Managers, Content, Central Marketing, Story Lab) and external stakeholders (influencers, socmed platforms) to ensure the effectiveness of community program execution
- As part of the community strategy, develop & manage paid and organic ambassadors program to extend brand outreach through key advocates, influencers and partners.
- Be the voice and communication channel of Traveloka and ambassador to the communities: listen closely to communities and provide key insights on feedback & latest industry trends internally.
- Work with other teams to identify and execute on opportunities for community growth and integration of community marketing programs into overall digital and brand marketing initiatives.

 
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in science / marketing management
  • 4+ years of Digital Marketing experience
  • Strong analytical and numerical reasoning logic skills
  • Excellent in execution and possess growth mindset 
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability and has keen and attention to details
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tool
