Job Description:

1. Acquire new merchants.
2. Ensure good competitive price and allotment.
3. Resolve issues from merchants related to payment, allotment, vouchers, notification, cancellations.
4. Participate in market and competition research.
5. Co-ordinate merchandising activities for merchants with special deals and promotions.
6. Be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of content and photos for new and existing merchants.
7. Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks.
8. Drive the market in reaching key performance indicators (KPIs) for specific destinations by fostering new relationships and optimizing existing ones.
9. Gain buy-in from relevant stakeholders to execute strategies and help launch promotional campaigns to enhance productivity and maintain competitiveness.
10. Identify and gain supply and product offerings to match market demands that maximize our ability to convert passive customers into active ones.
11. The ability to communicate well with both new and existing partners through phone and in-person meetings to help grow our business portfolio.
12. Train and inform partners of both new and existing technologies, tools, and models.
13. Prepare sales decks and relevant presentation materials to aid in growing our business during partner meetings.
14. Report weekly/monthly KPI's and key metrics internally to showcase successes and highlight potential 


1. Self-motivated to achieve KPIs set by the company and willingness to visit partners and work outside the office.
2. Minimum of 2 year experience in Ecommerce industry with sales or marketing role.
3. Proven client facing experience.
4. Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both external / internal stakeholders preferred.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
6. Experience in restaurant industry with sales or marketing role (especially online channels) is preferred but not 
7. Team player with a professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic preferred.
8. Adapts well to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
