Job Description

  • Record expenses, accruals, prepayments in Oracle
  • Maintain fixed assets module in Oracle
  • Communicate with internal customers to resolve issues and discrepancies
  • Participate in monthly financial close process including account analysis, account reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and balancing inter-company accounts
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of balance sheet and reduce the risk of financial misstatement or financial exposure
  • Create excel monthly files to support reporting and other team’s need, such as monthly TB and listing, etc.
  • Support annual financial audit and any ad-hoc assignment as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Accounting
  • CPA or ACCA qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a general ledger accounting role required
  • Experience working within a general ledger system; Oracle EBS is preferred
  • Understanding of inter-company and foreign currency translations a plus
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to meet rigorous deadlines and work effectively with others
  • Demonstrate ability to gather and communicate data logically, accurately, and concisely
  • Proficient use of MS Office programs including MS Word and advanced on MS Excel
  • Versatile, dependable, flexible team player
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with ease and take ownership of assigned tasks or projects
