Job Description
  • This position will report to the Planning & Analysis Manager
  • Responsible for developing capital, liquidity analytics as well as forecasting, mainly for the company’s multifinance business entity
  • Ensure that the company maintains a strong and sustainable capital position that is sufficient to support its strategic aims and hold an adequate buffer of high quality liquid assets to survive extreme but plausible liquidity stress scenarios
  • Design and implement technology systems, automated reports and processes to provide analytics and insights on balance sheet trends to be shown to senior management
  • Deliver robust liquidity and capital forecast (short term and strategic long term) ensuring strategic decision making for senior management
  • Establish controls and processes to monitor compliance with regulatory and covenants ratios, alert management as necessary and propose necessary actions
  • Keep abreast of regulatory updates, changes, new requirements and provide input in the feedback to regulators where applicable
  • Contribute in the implementation of necessary Treasury technology to automate workflows, controls and processes through collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with the business and their leadership teams to ensure a sound understanding of business strategy and its associated risks, and challenges in commercial plans
  • Act as a key contributor to strategize company’s money supply by closely working with other treasury stakeholders



  • At least 5 to 7 years of work experience in banking or non-banking financial institutions with exposure to balance sheet management
  • Postgraduate in Finance and/or any financial analytical certification as a plus
  • Strong knowledge and hands on experience in liquidity and capital management, especially for those (not limited but to); capital planning and forecasting, liquidity management, key ratios control, optimisation of balance sheet
  • Familiarity with OJK regulatory guidelines applicable to Multi-finance licensed company in Indonesia
  • Willing to take on new challenges and be adaptive to a fast-growing and dynamic start-up environment
  • Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure and tight schedules, cope with several tasks simultaneously, and be deadline oriented
  • Structured thought process, self-initiative, and strong analytical abilities
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • High level of English proficiency
  • Exposure to non-Indonesian ASEAN countries as a plus
