Job Description
  • Drive brand index growth through marketing activations to develop unique user experiences towards Traveloka Eats brand in both online and offline platforms/mediums.

  • Lead experimentation for sustainable business performance by pursuing relevant and beneficial partnership models with all potential partners.

  • Manage brand spending and ensure the medium-to-long-term of investment value to serve growth in any relevant and measurable brand metrics.

  • Coordinate with Traveloka Partnership Team to actively translate brand vision to tangible implementation to trigger further action from a relevant group of audience that will lead to hit certain business metrics.

  • Manage end-to-end coordination with internal stakeholders to support the activation and partnership, including Customer Reward and Incentive team, In-app Media, Product, Partner Engagement, Marketing Strategy and Product Marketing team.

  • Work together with Traveloka Offline Media team to develop strategy for offline placement to pursue not only Traveloka Eats brand awareness but also serve better media barter value for partners.

  • Together with the Social Media and Content Marketing team, initiate online activation to increase brand engagement and brand love, as well as serve potential partnership barter value.


  • Solid experience (1-2 years) driving brand management and activation, included event management, partnership and barter value. Exposure and experience in offline media placement will be an advantage.

  • Familiar with relevant brand marketing and business metrics, specifically the ones which are related with activation and partnership.

  • Deliver self-driven traits to initiate projects, lead experiments and approach potential partners.

  • Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects, and working in a collaborative cross functional project both amongst internal and/or external teams

  • Proven record of creativity and innovation to deliver unique and actionable user experience with an eye for detail.

  • Strong communication skill, showcase solid will for initiatives, passionate about activation, and agile with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
