Job Description
  • Develop SEO strategies with clear prioritized roadmaps to ensure the breakthrough organic traffic
  • growth of every site in our growing network
  • Spearhead the importance of SEO and adhering to SEO best practices within the organization, provide recommendations for improvement of our sites and oversee the implementation of those recommendations
  • Develop and formulate search engine optimization marketing strategy for formulate Traveloka hotel, alternative accommodation, and Flight Hotel products SEO roadmap both on page and off page to ensure the highest level of discoverability, engagement and action
  • Analyze organic search performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Conduct SEO-related research: search intent and keyword research, website audit, competitive analysis (identify organic traffic-building activities of competitors), link profile analysis
  • Keep up with the latest SEO trends
  • Work with multiple different stakeholders to implement SEO initiatives, with ability to initiate and lead high impact projects and actions across different teams at once
  • Act as technical subject expert about SEO within the company
  • Build excellent relationships with teammates, and stakeholders across projects and provide guidance, coaching, knowledge sharing, and present solutions

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of SEO experience working on apps and websites, demonstrating ability to execute and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years managing high-performance SEO or teams, with experience building collaborative teams and coaching/growing team members with proven business results for running enterprise,
  • Experience in leading e-commerce will be an advantage
  • Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and best practices for websites in different languages (re: URL structure, hreflang tags, Search Console indexing, etc)
  • Deep technical expertise of HTML/CSS
  • Experience with SEO reporting
  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Botify, GetStat, etc) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
