Job Description

  • Keep good documentations of risk policy and procedures encompassing new users selections, portfolio management, and risk mitigations over users’ product life-time
  • Keep track over changes in business strategy and overall processes, review its impact to credit performance, propose and implement action to manage the risk if necessary
  • Regularly monitor and forecast key indicators of credit risk and portfolio management, and quick to alert any adverse in credit performance
  • Do analysis for improvement in policy and analyze further if any adverse in credit performance to find out the root cause to keep the risk healthy
  • Work closely with the Product team to assess risks of new initiatives with sufficient challenge, while help them by recommending mitigation actions related to the risk
  • Working with other teams to manage risk-related projects including projects with 3rd party, while keeping user journey and needs in mind 
  • Contribute in achieving business growth target sustainably, focusing on short-term success and long-term sustainability of the business
  • Contribute in building good risk culture in Traveloka PayLater, by regularly conducting formal discussions with other teams regarding issues in risk and its impact to the business
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis either plan or ad hoc one, alone or with data team, to answer credit risk issues


  • Minimum 3 years work experience related to financial analytics, portfolio management and/or credit policy
  • Experienced in creating senior-level presentations materials, and complex yet clear reports
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Comfortable in using statistical analytic tool (i.e. SQL, DOMO) or any similar tools
  • Experienced in financial analysis, portfolio management and strong analytical skills
  • MS-Office and G-Suite
  • Self-starter, adaptive to dynamic changes, punctual in deliveries, good self-management, proactive, meticulous, and self-motivated
