• Take full ownership and accountability on the sub-product / sub-area marketing delivery. Able to independently set up and monitor marketing metrics related to certain sub-products/features via data driven approach
  • Execute marketing strategy and optimize it for maximum ROI including and not limited to successfully manage a campaign end-to-end, from the planning, executing, evaluation
  • Work with relevant stakeholders on the implementation of marketing efforts for the growth of the business
  • Analyze & proposed with guidance on key factors to retain customers, Increase return rate of visitors/users, Increase current customer spending/leads, and Retain customers - increase repurchase rate or repeat customers
  • Develop monthly promotion calendar
  • Develop or work with internal Research team or external research agencies to conduct customer/consumer survey or campaign evaluation
  • Manage other marketing operational stuff such as budget allocation and management in Allocadia, marketing campaign registration, weekly/biweekly/monthly reports etc
  • 3-4 years experiences in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Category Management in e-commerce or fast moving consumer goods industry or relevant experiences
  • Commercial mindset, problem-solver; good project management skill
  • Proficiency in calculation spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheet) and presentation program (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or any quantitative dashboard (e.g. DOMO, Tableau)
  • Self-driven, have entrepreneurial spirit, growth hacking mindset
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to details
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a rapid changing environment
  • Solid and strong leadership in challenging and under-pressure situation
