Job Description
  • Responsible for managing and leading end-to-end sales activation campaigns to answer business needs and serve business growth. 

  • Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and take corrective action to optimize objectives achieving by liaising with the respective team.

  • Collaborate and interlock with products, supply and other marketing team members to stay updated about current and latest business challenges, as well as actively perform self-driver initiatives to solve the issues.

  • Consistently manage prioritization of marketing initiatives to achieve the assigned marketing goals and understand the trade-offs.

  • Demonstrate full ownership and accountability on the assigned product's/area marketing.

  • Show strong leadership towards project, campaign and stakeholder management

 


Requirements

  • Passion in data-driven marketing and creating growth

  • Self-driven, love challenges, have entrepreneurial spirit and get things done

  • Good analytical, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking

  • Proficiency in calculation spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheet) and presentation program (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides)

  • Familiarity quantitative dashboard and project monitoring (e.g. DOMO, Tableau) 

  • Excellent communication, passion, dedication and energy

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable university

  • Have 2-3 years experiences in marketplace (seller-facing or driver-facing), start-up operations, e-commerce business development team, or FMCG marketing is preferred

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to details

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a rapid changing environment

  • Solid and strong leadership in challenging and under-pressure situation
