RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop network of suppliers and support the product team to map out the supply landscape of the assigned product
  • Develop a supply acquisition roadmap with clear timeline that can be broken down into team KPI
  • Represent Traveloka to suppliers and convince them to onboard our platform
  • Negotiate commercial scheme with suppliers that result in a win-win for both sides
  • Build, coach, and mobilize a supply acquisition team nationwide
  • Set a clear target for each team member, and ensure it’s met the expectation
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited Universities
  • 7+ years of relevant key account partnership/business development working experiences is preferred
  • Passionate in sales, business development and high willingness to visit customers and work outside the office
  • Excellent project management, relationship builder and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Structured thinking, go-getter attitude and proven leadership skills
