Job Description

  • Responsible for managing Display Marketing campaign for one or more products in either domestic or international market (initiation, planning, execution, optimization, reporting), in order to drive business performance to achieve set KPI
  • Provide support in large scale display marketing strategies, planning, and execution across the portfolio of accounts (e.g. GDN, Video advertising, programmatic, mobile focus)
  • Track and measure all digital marketing metrics including, but not limited to, actual spend, conversion volumes, ROAS metrics
  • Analyze large set of data to identify market trends, user behavior, and insights for recommendation of marketing and business strategy
  • Execute tests and experiment based on statistical methods and science to drive maximum ROI
  • Manage campaign budget effectively by planning for seasonality factor through accurate forecasting
  • Perform ongoing review & monitoring on daily execution of paid social (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) as well as provide recommendation to optimize online content and improve conversion rates
  • Coordinate with stakeholders as part of campaigns execution


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a quantitative subject (e.g., science or math)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, knowledge/experience in digital marketing is a plus
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Good numerical reasoning skills
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tool
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to execute and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
