Job Description

  • Develop and enhance IT risk management strategies into policies & Delegated Authority (DA)
  • Review & provides risk mitigation on IT planning, procurement, development, implementation, maintenance, and dismissal of a system and procedure proposed by related units
  • Provide IT risk analysis and impact to overall operational risk profile based on 7 (seven) type of operational risk losses e.g. External Fraud, Internal Fraud, Employment practices & workplace safety, Clients, Products, & Business Practices, Damage to Physical Assets, Business Disruption & System Failures, Execution, Delivery, & Process Management
  • Establishment of IT risk control self assessments process
  • Keep up to date on IT issues and incidents, escalation, reporting, resolution, including the monitoring of operational risk loss
  • Maintain and update BCM process and BCP
  • Manage & liaise with related functions in the control process to ensure compliance to policy & procedure implementation and monitoring to ensure permanent audit readiness validated through  Audit/ Quality Assurance/ Control Unit
  • Continuous policy socialization & clarification to related functions (cross functional unit)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in financial services with minimum 3 (three) years on IT Risk Management function
  • Experience within IT planning, procurement, development, implementation, maintenance, and dismissal of a system
  • Having skill of IT Risk Management policies development that covers minimum management aspect, procurement & development, communication network, information security, Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), 3rd party management, and e-Money
  • Have experience in ISO 37001
  • Good understanding on credit products & process flow, liability product & process, payment products & process, eMoney, QRIS, eWallet and other financial services
  • Understand products both lending and liability, process, and system involved
  • Ability to perform data manipulation and analysis to understand & derive Key Risk Indicators
  • Excellent English orally and written and ability to write/ develop policies/ procedure/ proposal
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
