Job Description

  • Maintain the implementation of Risk Management Framework through discussions with impacted internal stakeholders and align with regulations
  • Work alongside internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Collection, Analytics, Data Scientist, etc) on implementing Risk Management framework
  • Act as a primary subject matter expert on the development of policies and guidelines, along with improvements to ensure we are constantly evolving on how we protect our businesses
  • Advice businesses, products, and features on any potential risks of profitability, safety & security, and prevention/mitigation strategies
  • Managing compliance risk by implementing standards and submitting risk related reports to regulators
  • Maintain and update Risk Register to ensure identified risks are monitored and action items are on-track
  • Keep up to date on issues and incidents, and ensure their timely escalation, reporting, resolution, including the monitoring of operational risk loss
  • Assist the Company in developing and maintaining a strong awareness and proactive attitude towards risk management, as well as to provide necessary awareness, training, communications to employees
  • Ensure the preparation and execution of Risk Committee Meeting and Risk Monitoring Committee
  • Maintain and update BCM process and BCP


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking/Credit industry with 5 years of hands-on experience in risk management function
  • Able to think from helicopter view perspective, ’connecting the dots’ and give meaningful feedback to the business
  • Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated, and detailed oriented with strong sense of responsibility and able to work individually in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
  • Good experiences in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to build robust and broadly compatible solutions
  • Proficient in English and has excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Would be advantageous to understand the hands-on knowledge / process of payments, e-wallet, and wealth management
  • Would be advantageous to have experience in ISO 37001
