As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Product strategy & roadmap based on user insights: Develop behavior modelling & create user story; short term product strategy

  • Responsible for the end-to-end specific product roadmap 

  • Develop short-term product strategy or response to address the product market dynamics & changing user behaviors

  • Develop user behavior modelling and create strong user story based on various analysis and data tracking

 

2. Product requirements: Influence other division to prioritize work; propose solution as work around

  • Propose solutions to mitigate complexities in execution for other teams & stakeholders (suggested work around)

  • Influence other department to prioritize their works that are affected by the potential risk and focus on activities that prevent this risk in the future

 

3. Product quality: Monitor & use judgement to maintain product quality

  • Able to exercise judgment on different means used to maintain high product quality 

  • Monitor product quality and ensure product is solving user journey (product quality beyond bugs/operation issue)

 

4. Product performance: Propose strategy; organize effort to response on the market dynamics

  • Accountable for achieving product success metric target

  • Develop or proposed strategy or response to address the product market dynamics

  • Organize and coordinate immediate response within same team

 

5. Pragmatism & balance: Create work around as short term solution

  • Decide on short-term solution as work around in order not to burden the current system; financial operations or customer operations, etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Possesses 4 to 5 years of experiences at top-tier strategy or management consulting companies, multinational technology companies, investment banking, advisory services, or corporate strategy of top multinational companies

  • At least Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business fields from top local or overseas universities, Master’s Degree or MBA is a plus

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to identify root causes and potential solutions that could be in form of remedies / course-corrective actions and/or innovative solutions that are resolving fundamental pain points faced in the market

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive various growth projects

  • A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the fast-changing and dynamic industry, synthesize learnings to strategic growth levers that generate tangible business impacts

  • A strong drive to make things happen, charisma, and ability to influence
