Get to know the role:

As part of the Business Operations team, Content Analyst – Self and Supplier Generated Content (SSGC) role provides a unique opportunity to be at the center of information structure and data management of content in the Accommodation Business Unit. It’s a blend of analytical, technical, management, processing, and agility roles in driving successful stability, quality, and iteration of content. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing content product and its data hygiene, managing content structure and process, delivering excellence in activities related to content, and involving in stakeholders management with engineering, product management, marketing, operations, as well as external stakeholders.


Throughout your time as a Content Analyst, you will learn and grow at a tremendous pace through hands-on experience and one-on-one coaching from senior leaders.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the go-to person for analytics of Accommodation content product and drive itself to deliver meaningful impact for the business through comprehensive analysis. 
  • Master product content foundation (Hotel Content, Room Content, Geo, Landmark, Pre-Search, etc.) and its core function towards the business.

  • Analyze data, process, performance, and technical issue related to product content 

  • Manage content related processes (inventory import, data mapping, QA, etc., ) and performance of the pertaining tools.

  • Maintain the structure of content information, its quality, and technical flow to ensure excellent business process (Ex: Geo Structure) 

  • Create a step-by-step process for research and analysis of the proposed project, including metric for expected performance.

  • Conduct multiple tasks and assist the content team lead in maintaining BAU, managing content projects, and mitigating technical issues.

  • Proactively identify additional relevant data point from content database, product performance, and market benchmark

  • Maintain content ticketing process, resolution, and SLA,  as well as extract valuable insight from submitted cases.

  • Continuously learn and update oneself on the latest product and process

Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences)

The must haves:

  • Possess Bachelor’s degree from top local or overseas University majoring in Engineering, Science, Business, Telecommunication, Architecture, Finance
  • Minimum 2-year of working experience (multinational tech, consultant, FMCG, Telecommunication, or energy firm is preferred)

  • Enthusiastic while also being skeptic about data

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail and high level of curiosity

  • Fast learner who has a good balance between thinking inside and outside the box 

  • Passionate in process, feature improvement / development, and user experience

  • Understand Microsoft Office software especially Excel (VB / SQL skill would be a plus)

  • Strong agility in working multiple tasks under pressure and tight timeline in fast-paced environment

  • Good at English (both oral and written)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder’s management

  • A discipline and accountable team player
