Job Description:

  • Create vision and long term strategy for Financial Service marketing in order to achieve business goals.

  • Provide overall guidance on adaptive strategy to respond towards movement in the market; Set the standard to influence the market as necessary

  • Takes responsibility for creating and maintaining product and business product and positioning with the goal to become the market leaders of each product category.

  • Lead the effort of knowing our customer and their behavior through systematic and periodic marketing/ customer research initiatives.

  • Cascade marketing strategy and provide direction and guidance in product marketing, channel marketing initiatives.

  • Form and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in and cooperation with marketing initiatives. 

  • Collaborate with the partnership team for joint marketing collaboration with other merchants/brands.

  • Create/ establish  necessary processes and systems in order to effectively roll out marketing initiatives, including working with product, data, and engineering to build efficient marketing technology tools and processes..

  • Manage and control overall marketing budget and its distribution to various products and campaigns.

  • Act as arbitrator and final decision maker for marketing discussion/ argument/ alternative and give a rationale and easy to accept explanation of the taken decision.

  • Drive execution of marketing strategy and initiatives to reach set targets, and take accountability for the Financial Services marketing outcome and target achievements.

  • Manage resources and performance within the marketing function in terms of designing the organization structure and defining the key capabilities required, selection of talents, and development of the team

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 -15 years of similar experiences, exp in leading a marketing organization with proven track record of business results;

  • Experience in leading company wide marketing initiatives in financial products is a must;

  • Excellent quantitative, qualitative, analytical and critical thinking skills;

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in a concise and meaningful way;

  • Flexible, comfort with ambiguity and dynamically shifting priorities, deadlines, and demands;

  • Experience in working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with limited resources;

  • Strong work ethic (takes ownership), self-motivated and quick-study mentality; able to multi-task and manage own workload with limited supervision;

  • Passionate about customers and deliver great communication to users;

  • Methodical, data oriented and highly organized;

  • Strategic, visionary but also excellent in execution
