B. Partners Acquisition & Business Development

  • Strategize and prioritize potential partners to be acquired
  • Define business model and partnership agreement with external partners
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process for partners with agreed and accepted commercial agreement and operational model that meets applicable regulation within Financial Industry
  • Report and analyze – plan with product lead, implement, and monitor agreed KPIs and being able to analyze, visualize and discuss trends, issues and opportunities with product team

C. Relationship Management

  • Maintain relationship with all external partners and able to influence key decision maker in the external partners’ organization
  • Design and execute framework for account management
  • Develop framework to manage key strategic partner and develop mutually beneficial partnership to grow market share, including driving creative marketing / promotional initiatives to increase sales
  • Lead the coordination among relevant external and internal stakeholders and ensure that all information are well-communicated & escalated appropriately

D. Business modelling

  • Set business model / commercial arrangement with external partners
  • Strategize on ways to optimize current business model to achieve business objectives

E. Product Operation

  • Ensure all legal and commercial documents are well maintained and meet regulation standards
  • Become the PIC (Person In Charge) for any operational issues that must be discussed/settled with external partners
  • Work closely with the Product team to continuously improve processes, SOP, and internal tools to achieve scalable operation model that meet regulation standards
  • Liaise internally and externally to resolve any operational issues




  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Reputable Universities (any major)
  • Min total of 5 years experience, with 3+ years of relevant work experiences in Mutual Fund business
  • Having an active WAPERD/WPPE/WMI/WPEE license is a must
  • Highly analytical and having the bandwidth to process large amounts of information
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working under minimum guidance in a high ambiguity environment, with aggressive targets & timeline
  • Good teamwork spirit
  • Commercially savvy & able to negotiate the best deal for the company
  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)
  • Required to do business travel (domestic & international)
