Job Description

  • Lead SEO team and Social Media & Community team for emerging markets consists of a team of analysts and executives on providing strategy, leading the direction and maximize investment through performance measurement.
  • Lead a team of SEO executives & content specialists

  • Lead the development and execution of effective and successful SEO strategies in respective market

  • Identify, develop and responsible of key SEO KPIs; Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other relevant KPIs

  • Create continuous process flow improvement to perform regular keyword research to be implemented by team members

  • Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)

  • Collaborate closely with SEO Marketing CoE team to align overall Traveloka strategies and goals, implementation/experimentation of new available tools, methodology and/or channels.

  • Work closely with PMMs and Product team to translate high level marketing and business objectives to reach growth KPIs

  • Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes/improvements

  • Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner

  • Build and improve automation tools and help build a platform for campaign management, partnering closely with Product Marketing Management team across all products and markets.


  • Lead a team of social media & community analysts / associate manager

  • Lead the development of strategy, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of social media channel (online) and community engagement (offline)

  • Define, monitor and organize key metrics, KPI and goals (quantitative and qualitative) for Social Media performance evaluation

  • Continuously identify and implement improvement opportunities for social media strategy & execution process

  • Coordinate with and manage internal (PMM, Market Managers, Content, Central Marketing, Story Lab) and external stakeholders (influencers, socmed platforms) to ensure effectiveness of campaign execution

  • Follow the latest trend in content, communities, social media, and product related landscape to identify content, channels and engagement opportunities.



  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in science / marketing management

  • 6+ years of Digital Marketing experience

  • Strong analytical and numerical reasoning logic skills

  • Ability to communicate fluently in English

  • Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tool
