To excel as a Shift Lead you must be proficient in the following skillset.

Efficient and friendly
Excellent customer service skills
Proper portioning and recipe building
Delivers “eye candy” food to guests
Ability to answer basic questions about food/allergy concerns
Proper food handling
Follow safety, sanitation, and security protocols
Shop and restroom cleanliness
Proper hand-washing techniques and glove usage
Greets every guest as they enter and exit the shop
Proper explanation of the menu to new guests
Knows how to have fun!
