To excel as a Shift Lead you must be proficient in the following skillset.

Proficient in all responsibilities of a Mix Master
Multi to both serve customers and ensure shop cleanliness and organization during all hours of service.
Staff motivation and support
Shop ambiance - music, lighting, movies, vibes
Assign and confirm opening and closing duties
Carry out daily/weekly/monthly organization and cleaning duties
Handles all customers with food/allergy concerns
Maintain ice cream service line
