You will be finding insightful answers to complex data-driven questions, using a range of methodologies and algorithms to develop production-ready models and heuristics that enhance the services we offer to artists and brands.
# What's the role?
Develop models and algorithms for a range of consumer data scenarios including audience segmentation, content recommendation engines, and social media graph analysis.
Interface with product management on requirements and outcomes for new feature development.
Provide peer education and support to the broader data science organization for emerging machine learning techniques and frameworks.
Collaborate with data engineering and platform engineering to deploy models and algorithms into production-ready interfaces and data stores.
Assist in the deployment of productionized models.
Explore and present data visualization opportunities for existing data.
5 years experience in data science and machine learning roles.
Knowledge of Python and SQL mandatory.
Experience with graph databases, Spark, and AWS technology stack is an asset.
Demonstrated project successes with cluster modeling, NLP, graph analysis, and/or unsupervised training models strongly desired.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or Applied Mathematics, or equivalent; graduate degree in a quantitative field preferred.
