Wise is one the fastest growing companies in Europe and we’re on a mission: to make money without borders the new normal. We’ve got 15 million customers across the globe and we’re growing. Fast.

Software engineers, data analysts, designers, UX researchers collaborate on a daily basis to continuously improve our systems and provide support to the whole CS team (over 1500 Wisers!).

Our vision is to provide effortless and (cost) efficient resolution to our customers - so Wise can keep growing exponentially, backed up by a strong and efficient Customer Support while also fostering a strong partnership between CS and the product team to develop solutions that leverage their expertise.
