As our organisation continues to expand, we're in search of an exceptional Mobile Engineering Manager to play a pivotal role in sculpting the future of our mobile platform, enabling us to sustain and accelerate our growth.



Here’s what you’ll be doing as an Engineering Manager at Transfergo:

  • Steer a dedicated team responsible for the foundational elements of our mobile application, ensuring top-tier performance and seamless integration across the mobile platform ecosystem.
  • Own the team's execution, delivery, and quality.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to engineers, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Build and maintain a positive, inclusive team culture, encouraging collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with various engineering teams, providing them with the essential building blocks needed to develop innovative features.



Here’s what we’d love from our new Engineering Manager:

 

  • Ownership over everything you do. You bring infectious enthusiasm to all your endeavors and see all new challenges as an opportunity to contribute, and make an impact.
  • At least 2 years of experience in engineering management, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong familiarity with the mobile ecosystem, including CI/CD processes, design systems, and architecting scalable, maintainable platforms.
  • Comfortable navigating through uncertainty and adept at tackling new challenges with a strategic approach.
  • A strong propensity for efficiency and teamwork, aiming to optimize processes and foster a cooperative environment.

 

And if you can also do this stuff, even better:

 

  • Prior experience as a mobile engineer (iOS, Android) will be considered a significant plus.

 

The monthly salary starts from 6900 € (gross) and up depending on the level of experience.
