Compliance System Manager

As the Compliance System Manager at TransferGo, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our compliance systems. Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance Systems & Analytics, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance system, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, and managing documentation and communication processes. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our compliance processes and contribute to the success of our mission-driven organisation.

A bit about you:

  • Proficient in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing compliance systems, preferably within the UK & EU regulatory environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance concepts and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of compliance system requirements, change management, and incident reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and forecasting skills, with a proactive approach to system testing and risk management.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high accuracy and thorough documentation.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards in managing sensitive compliance data and systems.
  • Strong communication and management skills and ability to effectively work across multiple teams and management levels in the organisation.
  • Experience with WINDOWS, MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting to management and/or management board.

Your contributions to Compliance Systems: 

  • Owning the Compliance System: Oversee the compliance screening system, ensuring it is up-to-date with the latest requirements and business needs.
  • System Management and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for system ownership and configuration.
  • Compliance and Regulation Alignment: Ensure the Compliance System remains compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Contract Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of the Compliance System contract, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
  • System Change Management: Lead change management processes for the Compliance System, ensuring changes are documented, communicated, and implemented effectively.
  • Business Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business units to understand their requirements and ensure that the Compliance System is configured to meet these needs.
  • Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct risk assessments and system testing to determine potential shortcomings in the Compliance System and take proactive measures to mitigate these risks.
  • Incident Management and Reporting: Manage and report any incidents related to the Compliance System, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding the Compliance System, gathering feedback and ensuring stakeholder requirements are met.

Salary - €2500 - €3500 per month
