We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in hiring business professionals across Europe, specifically within the scale-up fintech space. Based out of Vilnius, Lithuania, this role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building a high-performing team for our rapidly growing organization.

Here’s what you’ll be doing as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Lead the full life cycle of recruitment processes for business positions, with a focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top-tier talent across Europe.
  • Utilize your expertise in the financial sector to understand hiring needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, social media, and industry events. Build talent pipeline and maintain relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments including right to work and to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements. Coordinate interview processes, provide feedback to candidates, and facilitate offer negotiations.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top business talent. Showcase our organization as an employer of choice through compelling messaging, employer branding campaigns, and participation in industry events.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations across Europe and be able to determine if the candidate meets the eligibility criteria for employment in the country they are applying to. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview notes, and hiring decisions.

You’ll report to our Global Talent Acquisition Lead.

Here’s what we’d love from our new Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, focusing on hiring business professionals across Europe.
  • Strong background in recruiting for the financial sector, with a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges.
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage top talent through various channels.
  • Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates through a multi-pronged sourcing approach.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

And if you can also do this stuff, even better:

  • You have experience in recruiting for scale-up fintech companies within Europe.
