Our Growth team plays a critical role in shaping the way we serve our customers and, to make sure we’re doing that in the best way possible, we’re now looking for a talented Head of Organic Growth to boost our customer acquisition strategy.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

As Head of Organic Growth, you’ll be responsible for driving organic growth through best-practice SEO. 

Using your experience in technical and content-driven SEO, you’ll work closely with Product Development and Engineering to optimise our international money transfer sites. 

Armed with the Data team’s live insights for your analysis, you’ll deploy keyword and competitor research tools, along with cloud-based web ranking and crawling services. You’ll have a thorough understanding of international SEO and be able to navigate Google algorithm changes at the highest level.  

Alongside an international team of Content Strategists, you will constantly audit and refine established content strategies, ensuring that they’re informed by data and the latest SEO best practice, while introducing and testing emerging SEO tactics.

You’ll support our commercial strategy as you work with the wider Leadership team, and ensure that our agency partnerships follow the same best practice guidelines as our organic content. You will advocate organic search across the organisation, developing propositions and service solutions—specifically around SEO, Content and CRO—to deliver long-term strategic results. 

Your key objectives will be to:

  • Build a defensible SEO strategy that conforms to Google’s best practices and minimises exposure to penalties. 
  • Ensure that our international content strategies employ the latest SEO best practice and are constantly measured for effectiveness.
  • Work with the Product and Engineering teams to drive requirements that maintain the highest standards of technical SEO.
  • Provide evidence of the effectiveness of our SEO strategies to support their implementation.

  • Experience of relevant competitor and keyword research tools.
  • Excellent technical on-page SEO skills.
  • Experience working on successful site migrations.
  • Experience of using enterprise-level crawlers and keyword research tools.
  • Passion for data and uncovering trends.
  • Organised and reliable with a track record of project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
