At the moment we are looking for a highly motivated and bright person to join our wonderful Finance Operations team in Vilnius, Lithuania. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right mix of skills and attitude to empower the quickest international money transfers worldwide.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Import data from external platforms into the internal system
  • Perform deposits reconciliation
  • Investigate problematic payments
  • Execute transactions/process refunds
  • Ensure timely and accurate transactions processing
  • Identify any issues or areas of improvement
  • Work proactively with other operational departments
  • Assist team with the daily workflow and ad hoc tasks

Here’s what we’d love from our new Financial Operations Analyst:

  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of payment operations 
  • A degree in Finance/Economics or a related discipline would be considered an advantage
  • Collaborative, proactive, and curious
  • Fluent and effective oral and written communication skills in English
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts, according to business needs

Salary: 1500–2000 Eur/gross per month.
