What You'll Do:
Traeger is seeking a Sales Operations Key Account Manager to join our Retail Operations team. Our mission is to make Traeger the easiest vendor to do business with. As our Sales Operations Key Account Manager, you are the internal operational advocate for the accounts you manage. You will be quantitatively focused with a problem-solving mindset, developing a detailed understanding of customer’s business which allows you to anticipate and solve potential problems proactively. Our Sales Operations Key Account Managers also work to directly support the Sales Team on operational and related duties.
What You'll Help Us Win:
Oversees orders through entire order lifecycle from order entry to shipment of orders, ensuring transactions flow through accurately
Owns all operational duties for designated list of accounts as directed by the Sales Operations Manager
Supports monthly collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment process for key partners
Owns pricing validation across all POs for designated list of accounts
Short term tactical forecasting
Proactively works cross-functionally to solve operational problems for assigned retail partners
Develops relationships with counterparts at retail partners, acting as conduit between Traeger and the retail
Supports Sales Team with operational performance data and ad hoc reporting
Owns new model launches
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, specifically supply chain operations
Experience working in ERP and CRM systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with attention to detail are critical
Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
