What You'll Do:

The Digital Analytics Specialist will lead data initiatives focused on web performance, ensuring the implementation of best practices in analytics, data tagging, and maintaining data integrity. This role is critical for optimizing the customer journey and enhancing marketing effectiveness through detailed data analysis and the refinement of data architecture. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the paid media, lifecycle marketing, and merchandising teams to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. They will be responsible for identifying and resolving data issues, improving data quality, and leveraging their analytics expertise to drive meaningful improvements in the digital customer experience.

How You'll Help Us Win:

  • Implement best practices in analytics to measure online performance.
  • Analyze data and utilize analytic tools to evaluate online performance.
  • Conduct data analysis and web experiments to improve the customer journey and marketing strategy.
  • Gather data and create business-oriented reports and dashboards.
  • Provide insights to guide paid media, lifecycle marketing, and merchandising teams.
  • Take ownership of reporting and analysis for marketing performance.
  • Execute a roadmap of data initiatives to enhance overall marketing efforts.
  • Interpret large data sets and apply data analysis expertise to optimize digital experiences.
  • Continuously improve our clients' digital experiences through data-driven insights.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in one of the following fields:
    • Business, Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field. 
    • In lieu of degree, Associates with applicable experience
  • Experience in:
    • Google Analytics 
    • Google Tag Manager with JavaScript (creating events & triggers) 
    • Segment or any other Consumer Data Platform 
    • HTML & JavaScipt (Basic proficiency) 
    • SQL (basic skillset)
    • Analyzing complex data sets for both planned and ad hoc analysis 
    • Data visualization 
  • Experience providing deliverables for analytics and optimization (e.g., measurement plans, data dictionaries, test plans, analytics and optimization reports, training materials)
  • Practical knowledge of HTML and commonly used web publishing technologies, including experience implementing and troubleshooting code within digital analytics platforms
  • Powerful analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure with quick turnarounds while managing multiple projects or tasks
