What You'll Do:

 

How You'll Help Us Win:

  • Design, build and implement scalable automated quality assurance tests and best practices.
  • Own QA activities for the team.
  • Communicate effectively with product and non-product team members of the organization
  • Maintain QA policy, implementation, and process documentation
  • Ability to iterate in a continuous delivery environment.
  • Builds test plans and test cases to ensure that all new development is comprehensively verified
  • Works with developers to build appropriate automated test coverage
  • Build test frameworks, harnesses, and test cases as needed
  • Works with the QA Lead to coordinate testing best practice

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Must be both self-motivated and work to direction
  • Communicates effectively and advocates for implementing quality engineering from end to end
  • Show continued visibility and diligence to work in progress and in plan
  • Experience working in an agile workflow
  • Experience writing REST API tests
  • Experience working with load / performance test tools
  • Experience with UI automation test tools like Selenium Webdriver, Cypress.io, Webdriverio
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Must be comfortable developing in JavaScript (TypeScript, Node) or Python
  • Recommends and implements appropriate tooling, infrastructure and documentation where needed
  • Experience testing micro-services and APIs
  • Knowledge of database architecture and operation
  • Experience in high performance cloud development (AWS, Azure, GCP).
