Key Account Manager in Norway:

Reports to Sales Director to EU Distributors

As Key Account Manager of Norway, you are the face of our brand for your area. In this position, it is your task to establish meaningful partnerships with important BBQ retailers and to support our customers with words and deeds. You will be provided with toolkits and in-house resources to conduct retailer training and demonstrations. These will also help you to convince our retailers of our grills and merchandise and to welcome business owners, employees, and customers to our great Traeger Nation.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and develop sales channels to its fullest potential, ensuring that sales budgets are achieved and exceeded for each period.
  • Build & maintain yearly, quarterly, and monthly sales & opex forecasts
  • Build & maintain long term business plans for Norway
  • Negotiations of agreements with the Key Accounts together with the Sales Director for EU Distributors Klaus Salojoki
  • Develop and recommend sales initiatives, activities, and internal processes when needed or relevant.
  • Gain customer growth in your area of responsibility.
  • Mapping of the growth potential.
  • To strive to identify customer needs and explore all opportunities, to maximize sales from the accounts.
  • Responsibility of customer support in different types of matters (orders, logistics, complaint handling)
  • Responsibility to train, coach sales personnel and follow up that Traeger product knowledge and understanding of all features are in maximum level to be able to promote Traeger correctly and to achieve sales goals.
  • Responsibility guide, follow and build up that all Traeger -material (SIS, POS) are always used according to Traeger -brand guidelines and instructions.
  • Must be willing to travel across territory for all relevant meetings, and travel within Europe to all relevant dealer & tradesho
