We are seeking a driven leader to helm our performance marketing team. You will be in charge of user acquisition and retention to drive the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will be creative, data driven, a relentless problem solver, and have a keen eye for design. 

This is a unique opportunity to join a company with strong product market fit that is entering another growth phase, backed by a multi-million dollar marketing budget. You will also manage and grow a team of talented growth marketers and analysts to support our goals. 

This role reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer and will have daily interaction with senior leadership across the organization, including the CEO.

You Will:

  • Own the relationship with our ad agency and manage and mentor junior team members
  • Have full autonomy over a multi-million dollar ad budget and think strategically about channel mix and expansion
  • Manage against monthly revenue goals as well as a healthy lifetime value of new users
  • Work cross functionally with the creative, product, and engineering teams to optimize conversion funnels and build new landing pages
  • Test, measure, analyze and optimize everything — define and track metrics of success across up and down the funnel

You Have:

  • 8+ years in growth or marketing roles with 2+ years in leading a team
  • Extensive knowledge around creative ideation and A/B testing 
  • Prior experience deploying large advertising budgets and managing against a P+L
  • Fluency in Adwords and FB Ads Manager with experience in other social channels, with bonus points for connected and broadcast TV campaigns
  • Strong data skills with mastery of Excel and Google Analytics, with bonus points for SQL skills
  • A good eye for design and understanding of UX best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to corral resources
